Simply Focused is a result of my 10+ years of experience in small business. In 2008 I assisted in opening phresh spa salon on historic Grand Avenue. We created all our SOP's and protocols from scratch. As the company grew, we kept evolving and refining those systems and implemented them in a second location. With multiple locations, I became the Director of Operations and was very hands on at both locations. My passion for creating/ fixing systems started with phresh. I was lucky to have had amazing mentors and education that prepared me to explore other industries.
